Client Experience & Programming
Serve 800 clients through expanded career services, leadership and styling program offerings
Provide meaningful in person education and networking opportunities to our clients and the community
Ensure operational infrastructure is in place to support client service growth
Improve infrastructure and process for storage and clothing inventory management
Proactively meet and solicit feedback from our non-profit referral partners to ensure we are best serving clients and increase community awareness around our program offerings.
